Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect item received.
2. Product damaged during delivery.
3. Product received with manufacturing defects.
4. Product received past its expiry date.

Customers must notify our Customer Service within seven (7) days from the date the order is received.

To process your request, please provide:

1. Order Number
2. Customer Name
3. Contact Number
4. Photos of the product and packaging
5. Brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

1. Opened products
2. Used products
3. Products damaged due to improper handling
4. Products purchased during promotional or clearance campaigns
5. Requests due to change of mind

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, SWS28 Medical Sdn. Bhd. may offer one of the following:

1. Product replacement
2. Store Credit
3. Refund to the original payment method (where applicable)

Approved refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.

SWS28 Medical Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
